We are proud to run international service learning programs for school and university groups, and individuals, around the world.
These courses are based around objectives in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and introduce students to international service learning and sustainable development, both in content and practice. Through lectures, discussion, research, service, and reflection, beginning two weeks prior to their departure and continuing two weeks after their return home, students in this course engage in meaningful, context-driven service-learning at home and abroad.
Students will develop new skills and awareness, including writing, reflection, intercultural competency, and global citizenship and will practice personal and professional abilities like patience, flexibility, confidence, adaptability, teamwork, leadership, and overcoming challenges.
Our international service learning programs have been tailor-made for specific educational curriculums, such as the CAS (Creativity Action Service) elements of the IB (International Baccalaureate) programme, ‘Week Without Walls’ and the Round Square Ideals.
